Your unique role with the company: Reporting to the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for leading finishing and assembly operations in a world class plant.
Take the lead identifying and implementing continuous improvement financial initiatives
Assure compliance and accuracy met for all expenses, invoices, plant control metrics and financial results
Willingness and aptitude to move into a plant controller's position in 1-2 years

Northwest corner of AZ - 85 miles to Las Vegas, 150 miles to Flagstaff, 165 miles to Phoenix
What the company is looking for:
. Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance, Business
Solid financial experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience with Microsoft tools like Excel. Access, a plus
Strong organization, planning and time management skills
Manufacturing Financial tools - basic cost accounting, general ledger, auditing, material flow, scrap, other operation issues relating to financial results
Project management experience
Outstanding people skills
Solid communication, organization and time management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
