- Market and sell new and used vehicles to potential customers - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business - Conduct cold calling and follow-up with leads to generate sales opportunities - Provide product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle - Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals - Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately - Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the service department - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and competitors Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus - Strong cold calling skills to generate leads and close sales - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficient in retail math calculations for pricing and financing options - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for both the customer and dealership - Outbound sales experience is preferred We offer competitive compensation, including commission-based earnings, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
