The Manager of Talent Acquisition ensures that staffing requirements are met by identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent to efficiently and effectively meet the dynamic business needs of KHI.
This position develops, implements and manages recruitment processes and onboarding programs.
The Manager of Talent Acquisition develops and maintains good relationships with all internal and external clients.
The incumbent will promote KHI and the City of Kingman to candidates and external service providers.
The Manager of Talent Acquisition creates an atmosphere in which goals and objectives are met through teamwork and cooperation.
Key Responsibilities List of material responsibilities and essentials duties which must be completed in achieving the objectives of the position Strategically develops, implements and administers recruitment and onboarding programs.
Evaluates trends in recruitment and the job market and develops recruitment strategies.
Manages the processes, recruitment measurement definitions, regular metrics reporting and taking proper actions to close gaps.
Manages the activities of a team who assist with the development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each department.
Sets team goals and targets and monitors progress against recruitment department metrics.
Manages team productivity.
Manages a team responsible for the execution of initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine final decisions on candidate hiring; makes recommendations on appropriate hire(s) based on need and candidate interaction.
Partners with HR and Compensation to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates.
Coaches team in leveraging various resources to directly and indirectly source and attract qualified candidates.
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process.
Manages training needs for recruiters and hiring managers.
Manages the recruitment budget.
Serves as an expert resource for the team in resolving complex issues and solving technical problems.
Qualifications Statements regarding minimum educational and experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, computer proficiencies, military service, required certifications, etc.
Bachelor's degree, or 4 years managerial experience in lieu of formal education.
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare recruitment / staffing experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of and ability to use the KHI's and the health care industry's standards, procedures and policies relevant to human resources management.
Knowledge of and ability to provide advice on federal, state and local laws governing employment practices and ability to interpret and take action on the aspects of employment laws that impact the business and HR practices.
Knowledge of and ability to use techniques to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified candidates, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.
Knowledge of and ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as a long-term people resource.
Knowledge of and ability to pre-select suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.
Preferences Preferred attributes for the position which are not absolutely required in the minimum qualifications (i.
