The Director, Practice Operations plans, implements, and monitors the operational performance of the assigned area of responsibility.
The Director is responsible for continuous process improvement, growth development strategies, staff development and provider relationships.

Qualifications:
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 3 years of medical office or healthcare management experience; or 7 years of relevant work experience, which includes 3 years of medical office or healthcare management experience.
Licensure:
Current and valid Arizona Driver's license Work Requirements:
Ability to effectively lead complex organizations, exercise sound judgment, deliver exceptional customer service excellence, develop a team approach to care creating an exceptional patient experience, understand physician relationship dynamics, knowledge of current state and federal regulatory requirements, maintain confidentiality.
Ability to sit 5-6 hrs daily, speak clearly, remain calm in undesirable interactions/demands, and meet frequent deadlines on tight schedule.
