The RN Director Risk Management will oversee the risk management activities for the inpatient and outpatient facilities and ensure that each facility adheres to the government regulations and accrediting body standards.
They will spearhead initiatives to identify risk and implement processes to avoid them.
The RN Director Risk Management will be a BSN or MSN prepared Registered Nurse with 7 years of clinical risk management experience with 5 years in a management role.
A Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management certification will be required within 12 months of employment.
