Field Service Specialist- Kingman, AZ

Job Description Provide on-site guidance to facilitate and ensure a safe and efficient operation.
Provide information and informal training on technical, operational, and logistical matters related to the aircraft's operation and maintenance.
Set priorities and effectively escalate concerns within Mesa Airlines and Embraer.
Update the maintenance group, as designated, of key operational and maintenance concerns / issues.
Identify areas of operation or processes / procedures suitable for improvement as related to the operation / maintenance.
Provide reports / status in accordance with established requirements and schedule.
Be required to lead, support, and/or start up teams as they carry out modification retrofits, product improvement installations, and damage repairs as required.
Understand and be able to effectively utilize Mesa Airlines internal in-service / technical support related processes.
Build effective working relationships across departments to enhance operational efficiency and out-of-service response times.
Requirements You have at least 5 years of applied aviation maintenance experience, preferably Embraer (ERJ) 175 aircraft or any 50
seater aircraft You have strong troubleshooting skills.
You are able to work varying schedules as defined by operational demands (schedule TBD).
You are an FAA licensed Airframe Powerplant mechanic.
You have computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications.
You have interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments, organizations, and regulatory agencies.
You have business writing skills necessary to create various reports and correspondence.
