Duties may include a combination of answering telephones, typing, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

Essential Functions:
Respond to all internal and external customers, as it relates to position, in a prompt, efficient, friendly, and patient manner.
Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents, as assigned.
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
Communicate with staff, students, parents and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and receive and refer complaints.
Review files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers in the performance of clerical duties.
Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
Arrange appointments.
Maintain the confidentiality of protected student and staff member information even after no longer employed.
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all policies, regulations and rules.
Perform related duties as assigned in a safe and prudent manner.

Employee will work ten hours per day Monday through Thursday during core business hours.

Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education and Experience General office experience within a school setting Required Certifications/Licenses None Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be able to pass a criminal background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card with an IVP number through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
