Ensure guest satisfaction through room maintenance and attention to guest needs.
Use checklists, work orders/tasks, and preventive maintenance requirements.
Excellent guest service skills required.
Inspect guest rooms for maintenance issues; complete daily/weekly preventive maintenance in accordance with franchise guidelines.
Communicate with housekeeping supervisor and management regarding any housekeeping issues.
Perform all duties, as assigned.
Follow-up and complete work orders.
Perform routine maintenance around the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and pool cleaning/maintenance.
Maintain and clean the pavilion area, and other areas as assigned by Supervisor.
Supplemental Insurance Employees are eligible for supplemental insurance from Aflac after ninety (90) days of continuous employment.
