JOB PROFILE:
Industry leading manufacturer offers a career-oriented opportunity for an Financial and Accounting professional with solid financial management experience in a plant / manufacturing environment.
We are seeking one who has hands on experience in financial management in a plant / manufacturing environment. You report to the Plant Manager and the Corporate Controller.
Functions include:
Identify plant financial trends and issues
Prepare and evaluate manufacturing forecasts
Identify productivity, costs savings
Project management experience
Supervisory experience
Become a beacon of the culture of the company
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Experience with financial management functions in a manufacturing plant
Cost accounting, accounts payable / receivable
CPA / CMA, a plus
Hands on, out on the plant floor, understand plant operations
Solid communication, organization and time management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
