Your unique role with the company: Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the human resources department in a world class plant.
Generalist - experience with all aspects of HR
Proactive, seek methods to bring positive impact through the role of human resources for plant and salaried employees
Functions as an internal consultant to the leadership team
Serve as an advocate for the employees, get out on the floor and get to know the people and the processes
Become a beacon of the culture of the company

What the company is looking for:
Bachelor's degree
Manufacturing experience
Professional certification, preferred - PHR, SPHR, or GPHR
Experience with all aspects of HR functions in a manufacturing plant
HR information system, recruiting aptitude, safety, OSHA, Workers Compensation
Solid communication, organization and time management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
